Delete your AdFlow account

AdFlow (Android app com.afoworld.adflow) is operated by AFO World Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.

You can delete your AdFlow account and the personal information linked to it at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion can't be undone, and any points you haven't withdrawn are lost, so withdraw first if you can.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open AdFlow (version 4.4 or later) and go to the Wallet tab.
Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete account.
Read what will be deleted and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted straight away and the app starts fresh. On an older version, update AdFlow from Google Play or use email below.

Ask us by email

Email privacy@getadflow.app with the subject Delete my account.
Include your User ID. It's in the app under Wallet → Device.
If you added an email address to your account, send the request from that address.

AdFlow accounts don't have passwords, so we check that the request really comes from the account's owner before deleting anything. If we can't tell from your email, we'll ask you to confirm from inside the app. We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days, usually within 7.

What gets deleted

Your account, User ID and device ID, and the device details linked to them.
The name, email address and payout details saved on your account.
Your points balance. Points you haven't withdrawn are lost.
Your rewards history, daily check-ins, streaks, quests and leaderboard entries.
Your in-app inbox, notification settings and support conversations with us.
Your invite link. People you invited keep their accounts, but you no longer earn bonuses from them.

What we keep, and for how long

Withdrawal records (amount, date, payout method and destination, and status), for as long as accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations require, even after the account is deleted. This is explained in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
Revenue records of completed ads, surveys and offers, with nothing linking them to you, so AdFlow's accounts stay correct.
A record that the account was deleted (the date and the former User ID), so we can show we handled your request.
Encrypted backups: copies of deleted information disappear from them within 30 days.

Information that Google AdMob and our survey and offer partners hold is covered by their own privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Before you delete

Withdraw any balance that has reached the minimum.
An account can't be deleted while a withdrawal is still being processed. Wait until it has been paid or declined.
If you install AdFlow again later, you start with a new, empty account.
