AdFlow Privacy Policy
Effective 25 September 2026 · Updated 26 September 2026
com.afoworld.adflow) is operated by AFO World Ltd (RC 7241991), a company registered in Nigeria and based in Lagos ("we", "us"). AdFlow is published on Google Play under the developer account "AFO Dev", which belongs to AFO World Ltd.
This policy explains what information AdFlow collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
Privacy questions and requests: privacy@getadflow.app. For anything else, email
support@getadflow.app, message our support team on Telegram at
t.me/adflowappbot, or tap Contact support in the app.
1. Information we collect
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Account | AdFlow creates an account automatically, without a password. It is tied to a random user ID and a random device ID that the app creates, so your balance can be restored if you reinstall. |
| Device information | Device brand and model, operating system and version, and whether the app runs on a real device or an emulator. Used to prevent fraud. |
| Network information | Your IP address and the country it indicates. Used to apply regional reward rates and to prevent fraud. |
| Profile you choose to add | Your name and email address, if you enter them for payouts. |
| Payout details | Your chosen payout method and destination: bank name, account name and number, PayPal/Payoneer/Skrill email, crypto wallet address, or gift-card choice. Stored encrypted. |
| Rewards activity | Your points balance and history, completed ads, surveys and offers, daily check-ins and streaks, withdrawals, and referral links between accounts. |
| Advertising data | Google AdMob, which shows the ads in AdFlow, collects your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. For rewarded ads, Google confirms to us that you completed the ad, together with technical details of the ad that was shown. |
| Support messages | If you contact us by email or on Telegram: your messages, your email address or Telegram username and chat ID and, if you opened support from the app, the AdFlow account it is linked to. |
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, SMS or call logs.
2. How we use it
- To run your account, credit points for completed ads, surveys and offers, and pay your withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, for example duplicate accounts, emulators, automated activity and fake completions.
- To show ads that pay for the rewards, including personalised ads where you have agreed to them.
- To answer your support requests.
- To show the leaderboard. Only a shortened first name (for example "Ade***") and points are shown, never your full name, email or account ID.
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, our legal bases are: performing our agreement with you (running your account and paying you), our legitimate interests (preventing fraud and keeping the service secure), your consent (personalised ads), and legal obligations.
3. Ads and your choices
AdFlow is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob and its partners.
- UK, EEA and Switzerland: the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Wallet → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. If you don't consent, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
- United States: in states with privacy laws, you can opt out of your data being "sold" or "shared" for personalised ads. See section 8.
- Everywhere: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the recipients below. Under some US state laws, letting ad partners use your data for personalised ads can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; section 8 explains how to opt out.
- Service providers that run AdFlow for us: cloud providers that host our servers, database and encrypted backups.
- Google AdMob and its ad partners, as described above.
- Survey and offer partners (for example BitLabs, TheoremReach, AdGem and CPX Research), when you open their offers. They receive your AdFlow user ID so they can credit completions, and they handle your data under their own privacy policies.
- Telegram, if you contact support there, and our email provider, which stores the messages you send to our getadflow.app addresses.
- Payment providers (your bank, PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, a crypto network or a gift-card provider), only the details needed to send you a withdrawal.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect users and AdFlow against fraud.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where required, they protect it with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, balance and rewards history: while your account exists.
- Withdrawal records: as long as needed for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, even after an account is deleted.
- Support conversations: while your account exists, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Encrypted backups: each is kept for up to 30 days, so deleted information disappears from them within 30 days.
- Technical logs: kept for a short time, usually up to 14 days.
6. Security
Payout details are encrypted at rest. Access to the database is restricted to the AdFlow server, and connections to it are encrypted. Staff access is limited to what is needed to pay withdrawals and give support. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email privacy@getadflow.app, or message support in the app or on Telegram. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account owner, which is easiest if you include your User ID (shown under Wallet → Device in the app) or contact us from inside the app. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, for example the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the UK ICO.
8. Your US state privacy rights
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you have these rights:
- Opt out of "sale", "sharing" and targeted advertising. We don't sell your data for money. Google AdMob and its partners do use the advertising ID and ad data described in section 1 to show personalised ads, which these laws may treat as "sharing" or targeted advertising. To opt out, open Wallet → Privacy → Ad privacy choices in the app (shown where this applies) and choose "Do not sell or share my personal information". You can also delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads). After you opt out you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
- Know, access, correct and delete. You can ask what personal information we hold, get a copy, correct it or delete it, as described in sections 7 and 9.
- Appeal. If we decline a request, reply to our answer, by email or on Telegram, to appeal, and we will review it again.
- No discrimination. Using these rights never reduces the points you earn for completed ads, surveys or offers.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
9. Deleting your account
In the app (AdFlow 4.4 or later): open Wallet → Privacy → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email: write to privacy@getadflow.app with the subject "Delete my account" and your User ID (shown under Wallet → Device), from the email address saved on your account if you added one. We confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days, usually within 7.
We delete your account and the personal information linked to it. We keep withdrawal records for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations (section 5), and revenue records with nothing linking them to you. Any unpaid points are lost when the account is deleted, so withdraw first if you can; an account can't be deleted while a withdrawal is being processed. The full list is on our account deletion page.
10. Children
AdFlow is intended for adults aged 18 and over, because it pays out real money. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child is using AdFlow, contact support and we will delete the account.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AdFlow changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you in the app about important changes.
Using AdFlow is also covered by our Terms of Service.
